Weekly Events

Wednesdays – Community Meal at 17.30pm.

Come and join us for a weekly meal with your neighbours as we share some good food and discussion along with some activities and free play for children.

Friday – Little Lights Abbeyfield toddler group

10.00am till 11.30pm (term time).

A group for all parents/carers particularly those with English as an additional language and their children, to take part in a range of fun activities to celebrate cultural diversity – snack, free play, story and songs

First Sunday of the month (note December 10th, not 3rd)
“Open to All”

This will be an informal, family-friendly worship event which will include songs, a story from the bible and prayer. Following the service we will have a bring and share lunch and have time to get to know our neighbours from the local community. Everyone is welcome!!


One off events

Saturday 2nd September 12.00pm to 3.00pm Fun day in Circus Square Organised by Councillor Dave Harris and supported by Family Mosaic and ACP Bouncy castle, BBQ, stalls and games Everyone welcome!! 

Saturday 9th September  11.00am to 11.00pm Garrison Athletics track Although we will not be entering a team this year, everyone is invited to come along and support the day. Live music, stalls and loads more! 

Saturday 16th September 11.00am to 4.00pm Lower Castle Park Free entertainment for all the family – we’ll have a stall there so come and say hello  

  Friday 29th September Macmillan coffee morning 10am to 12pm Come for a cuppa and cake!  

October Half Term

Tuesday 24th October 10.00am to 12.00pm  We will be opening the house for various activities for all primary aged children and their parents/carers

Friday 27th October 10.00am to 12.00pm Pumpkin carving – please let us know if you can make it so we have enough pumpkins for everyone!!

Sunday 29th October 2.00pm – 5.00pm Light party – superheros and princesses theme. Party games, music and snacks. Please feel free to dress up!  We have several events planned for the Christmas season – details to follow!
